Our thick and tall focaccia slab is perfect for sharing (approx 32cm by 26cm). Cold fermented for 48 hours and leavened with a poolish that lends great flavour and crumb texture.
Made with extra virgin olive oil, durum semolina, Wholegrain Milling Co. sustainable baker’s flour.
Choice of seasoning & toppings:
- Za’atar spices & maldon sea salt (contains sesame)
- Rosemary & maldon sea salt (without sesame)
- Cherry tomatoes & garlic
